You can pay by pin or cash.

If you have made a reservation, you will have a seat in our cozy salon or on the upper deck. You can choose where you want to sit.

The upper deck is difficult to access due to a steep staircase for people in a wheelchair or who have difficulty walking.

You can pick up your ticket up to 30 minutes before departure. Otherwise, please call if you are late or not coming

General terms and conditions TX44 Waddencruise Summary Ticket sales:
• You can buy tickets at the sales kiosk or online through our website
• You pay for the cards online with the payment method of your choice
• Cash (cash)
• At the kiosk you can pay by pin with almost all common debit or credit cards,
• Cancellation by the guest (client):
• Sailing on a different day or time: You can ask up to 2 hours before the departure whether your cruise can be moved to another date or time. This is subject to availability. You do this by contacting us by telephone, and you can discuss the day and time you want to sail. You can not claim any rights to this.
Has the cruise you were about to take been cancelled?
• That’s annoying. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that due to bad weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, a cruise cannot take place. In such cases, we make every effort to inform you in good time. It is therefore important that we have correct information such as your telephone number and email address. In the event of cancellation by us, the cruise will be moved to another date or time in consultation with you. If you wish, the entrance ticket will be refunded. All trips depend on "weather and weather serving", the skipper and guide determine whether a tour can continue. Full Terms and Conditions
3.1. Regular cruises are cruises for which a reservation can be made by and for one or more people. Reservations for regular cruises can be made up to 175 people. Reservations can be made online or by telephone. Reservations can be made via the internet up to 1 hour on the day prior to the sailing. It is also possible to participate in a regular trip by registering at the boat itself.
3.3. Our cruises take place on a luxury ship with a spacious upper deck and a cozy salon
3.4. Passengers (including groups) must be present 30 minutes before a cruise. If you are a little later, please contact us by phone.
3.5. Pets are allowed as long as they are kept on a lead
3.6. It is prohibited by order of the Shipping Inspectorate to smoke on board the tour boat.

5.2. Weather conditions are a resolutive condition for all round trips, making the round trip impeded or impossible. Whether such weather conditions exist is at the discretion of the skipper on duty. With a wind force above 8 Beaufort, there is never any sailing. This does not exclude the possibility that the skipper may decide not to sail with a wind force less than 8 Beaufort. In all cases of force majeure, the skipper in office can decide not to carry out the voyage or to make changes. Force majeure is any circumstance that ensures that shortcomings cannot be attributed. 6. Delays and waiting times

7. Payment
7.1. Group cruises must be paid on the day itself, unless otherwise agreed.
7.2. Regular sailings can be paid in advance and can be paid by card and cash.
7.3. Payments must be made to the bank account TX44 Waddencruise after receipt of the invoice.
7.4. Amounts owed must be paid in one installment.
7.6. Any collection costs to be incurred will be borne by the client.
9. Cancellation by Client

9.1. Cancellation can be made in writing, by telephone or by e-mail, provided with a date.
9.6. Sail on a different day or time at the request of the client. You can ask up to 2 hours before departure whether your cruise can be moved to another date or time. This is subject to availability. You only do this by telephone and we discuss the day and time you want to sail.
11.1. The TX44 Waddencruise is never liable for damage to and/or loss of property of the client. Client takes all her belongings on board entirely at his own risk.
11.2. The TX44 Waddencruise is never liable for damage caused by death or injury to the client, unless caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of the TX44 Waddencruise
11.3. The TX44 Waddencruise is never liable for damage to persons or property of the client arising when entering the departure jetty or the tour boat. The client enters the landing jetty and/or the tour boat entirely at his own risk.
11.4. The TX44 Waddencruise is never liable for damage caused by delay at departure or during the cruise.
11.5. Insofar as the TX44 Waddencruise is liable for any damage, it is only liable for direct damage and never for indirect (consequential) damage and this liability is limited to a maximum of the amount covered by its insurance.
11.6. Insofar as De TX44 Waddencruise is liable for any damage that is not covered by its insurance, this liability is limited to a maximum of the amount of the invoice.
11.7. The TX44 Waddencruise is never liable for lost objects of the client.

12. Liable Client
12.1. Client is liable for damage caused by client to property of the TX44 Waddencruise or third parties.
12.2. The client is liable for damage caused by the client or his luggage to the TX44 Waddencruise or its employees.
12.3. All activities organized and performed by the TX44 Waddencruise are entirely at the risk of the client.
12.4. The client indemnifies the TX44 Waddencruise against damage claims by third parties.
13. General Liability
13.1. The TX44 Waddencruise is not liable for personal injury or damage of any kind, regardless of the cause, prior to, during or as a result of the trip. An exception to this is the legal obligation to pay compensation due to demonstrable intent or gross negligence. The statutory compensation is limited to a maximum of the amount paid.
13.2. Children are the responsibility of the parents/guardians. Children aged 14 or younger must be accompanied at all times.
13.3. If the TX44 Waddencruise cannot carry out the cruise as agreed due to force majeure (see article 5.2.), the TX44 Waddencruise is not obliged to make any refunds.
14. Complaints
14.1. Any complaints must be submitted in writing (e-mail) to the TX44 Waddencruise within 2 days after the cruise.
14.2. Complaints made verbally or later than 2 days after the cruise will not be considered.
16. Safety

16.1 Client must at all times follow the instructions of skipper and/or guide.
16.2. If instructions are not followed, the skipper on duty or employees of the TX44 Waddencruise has the right to interrupt the sailing. In that case, the Client cannot claim a reduction in the amount stated in the agreement.
16.4. If more people than pre-specified want to join a group cruise, the skipper can refuse the surplus if the maximum number of passengers allowed on the boat is exceeded.
17. Lost/Found Items
17.1. Lost and found items can be handed in to the guide or skipper on duty.
17.2. The TX44 Waddencruise will make every effort to trace the rightful owner of the found object. Lost and found items are kept for a maximum of one month by the TX44 Waddencuise
17.3. If the owner of a found object reports, he can collect this object from the 16.1 Client must at all times follow the instructions of the skipper and/or guide.

17. Lost/Found Items
17.1. Lost and found items can be handed in to the guide or skipper on duty.
17.2. The TX44 Waddencruise will make every effort to trace the rightful owner of the found object. Lost and found items are kept for a maximum of one month by the TX44 Waddencuise

18. Applicable law and competent court
18.1. These conditions and all agreements concluded under these conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
18.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions and agreements concluded under these terms and conditions will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district of Alkmaar.

Safety first

Safety is our top priority. Of course our ship meets the safety regulations of the shipping inspection. Because of the high railing, our ship is also safe for children.
